How are we not talking about this?

Episode four was brilliant. The opening sequence with Bortus and his partner was hilarious!  :D

Just watched the most recent show ("Pria") this weekend while catching up on the DVR.  I think this was the best episode of the series so far.  Not surprising seeing how Jonathan Frakes directed it.  Loved the practical joke bit going as far as it did.  Always nice to see Charlize Theron.

Please tell me they have a shuttlecraft called The Redenbacher.

Yeah, it was very clever.

I like how they make fun of all the tropes in other sci-fi shows, but not in an obvious way that takes you out of the moment.

I like it right before they go into a commercial break and everyone in the frame just kind of pauses with a look of major concern on their faces.  Reminds me of Star Trek The Next Generation. It makes me smile every time

Exactly!

I like all the little side characters like the gelatinous thing.

Totally!  The guest stars are great too. Liam Neeson even showed up out of nowhere on a screen on that large "Eco-bio-dome" type of ship.  As soon as I saw his face I just said "no way" and started laughing. I don't think my wife gets why I like this show so much.

Yeah, Liam was great. Seth is obviously calling in his buddies. Let's hope Ricky Gervais turns up as a whacky alien at some point.
