I just saw Cloak or Dagger (maybe both) at Wal-Mart earlier this week.

Ugh.  That's 4 versions of movie Carol.  This is the first time I'm skipping out on a mixed movie/comic wave.  Only 2 comic to 5 movie and 2 more movie variants through some other channel.

Seems that will please the retailers more than the fans -- until the retailers realize the fans aren't happy -- and then they'll blame it on female figures not selling.  Way too much movie and modern shit these days for my tastes-- but I'm not the target market any more.

Love the descriptions of the Kree Sentry wave.

Carol with 'Goose the cat'.

Nick with 'captured alien in disguise'.

Hmmm.

no excuse why a updated comic version of Mar-vell was excluded, but four movie carols? a little much.I know her comic version is fairly recent, but again Monica Rambeau or Binary could have filled a slot.

There is a figure being released that is labeled 'Binary'. Unfortunately, it's just another Brie Larson figure with flaming effects.

Money saved, indeed!

Moving on.

Thanks for the heads up on Cloak and Dagger. Stopped at one of the s mall Wallys on my way home last night -- and immediately saw a Daredevil in black. No interest, but after a quick search -- saw one each of Cloak and Dagger. Cloak is very impressive -- and Dagger looks appropriately lithe and very classic.

The SHROUD would be such an easy tool at this point.  While I'll admit he's not the most popular Marvel character, there's no reason he cannot be made.  I mean, we've gotten COTTONMOUTH, PALADIN, SPEED DEMON, BLIZZARD, and BATROC....why not SHROUD?

Here's hoping the Cloak tooling investment get the re-use!

Just picked up Black Knight at Wal-Mart from the mostly film Avengers wave. Not sure how he got the nod, but he's definitely the bright spot. I didn't see Malekith (Dark Elf), but I'd be tempted if I did. Ant-Man and Wasp were there as well (movie versions), but no interest in either.

The Dan Garrett head is a huge win.

I got the Malekith figure for Xmas.  Don't think I've ever read a story he's in, but a very striking design.  Looks good on the shelf.  Makes me want a Jack of Hearts (well, more than I already did) for some reason.

Picked up the Thor/Sif 2-pack from my nearest WM for 10 bucks.  Now if they'll just reduce the Yellowjacket and Crossbones sets too...
