This Iron Man is something. Initially, he was probably who I was looking forward to the least (only because Thor, Hulk, and Capt looked so great), but he really might be my favorite of the bunch. I love his colors and overall shelf presence. I think part of the reason I wasn’t looking forward to him as much is because of how lackluster previous IM’s have been. I guess part of me figured every IM would have some level of mediocrity to it, but this guy it so great. I do wish he had wrist articulation in his repulsor hands and maybe that his Tony head was a little smaller, but two very small points on such a nice figure. I want more IMs like this. I previously said I’d only be interested in Modular armor and Heroes Return armor, but if they keep making IMs this nice, I’ll buy them all.

(And the red/gold on future IMs better match this one or it'll drive me crazy)

Got Thor yesterday at a local con(where I met Kelly Hu, Karen Allen and Lea Thompson  Wink , another all around winner. I will say these 3 Alex Ross inspired figures are the best imo Hasbro has done.

So the new X-Men wave hit one of the smaller Walmarts in my area. Must have just hit -- because every figure was there in quantities of two. Not really feeling this wave, but I'll pick up a new Nightcrawler (wish he had curlier). I'll eventually get Guardian to replace the previous version, but meh. Mr. Sinister looks nice, but I always felt he was a crap villain.

A week later, all that was left was one silver Wolverine and one Guardian. So, I picked up Guardian (I guess the Alpha Flight logo is an implication of more members to come?!).  The Captain Americas also dwindled considerably, so I picked up my very first Captain America figure! There were two left on the shelf.

I had to make an order from Amazon, so I added the Iceman figure to it. I just love the simplicity of the classic Iceman -- without the spikes.

http://thefwoosh.com/2019/08/marvel-legends-retro-grey-hulk-on-amazon-mexico/

A pretty cool looking gray Hulk popped up on Amazon yesterday and was quickly taken down, but folks who got orders in are already receiving him today. Very odd for a figure that was absolutely not announced at all.

In Canada I think we get a Ryan Reynolds wave: Deadpool, Van Wilder, Hannibal King, Green Lantern, Pikachu, 2 Guys a Girl and a Pizza Place - with build a Jim Carrey.  They can use the same face scan for all the figs.  Dude does not age.

It's already up

I think there was just SDCC Hulk on the retro card.

Thank God. They released enough stuff in the past month as it is.

 Jaw Drop

A boxed set with a classic lineup --- of all never been done in 6-inch scale before?!!! Some have said it couldn't be done!  I wish Puck wasn't in his bare-legged outfit, but I'm not buying this for Puck.

I will pre-order this as well. Money well-spent!

Does this make a classic Guardians of the Galaxy and Inhumans (the ones who didn't get single-carded) more of a possibility?!

The ones they can do with little tooling.  Charlie-27 and Martinex would be difficult in that arena.  Or this could blow things out of the water and incent Hasbro and Amazon to step their game up!

Byrne grumbled on his forum page about the.puck figure being bare legged .A second set of Flight figures with yellow outfit Aurora,Marina, Talisman and BOX would be cool but a stretch I know.
