A lot of win in the reveals.  The angry, gray (she)Hulk is the only swing and a miss for me.  They clearly designed that when the character was starting in that direction.  How were they to know it would be so unpopular by the time the figure came out.  The perils of going with modern.  Also, I hope they still do a proper X-Factor Wolfsbane.  The slide where they showed the whole 90's team together really just served to show how an alternate head on a wrong costume sticks out.

I think I'm buying everything else revealed in the panels today.  The Cyclops and Wolvie are juuuuust different enough to justify buying with Jean Grey.  A near-complete 90's X-Factor in quick order is awesome.  I'm willing to buy a Vespa to get Squirrel Girl.  I imagine they were gun-shy after Gwenpool peg-warming and this was the compromise.  The AoA wave is another way to get some variants out there, but that storyline did have some great costumes and clearly impacted a whole generation.  It was really the repetition of the storyline later that ruined it.

Hmmm... as big a fan as I am of Havok & Polaris -- not sure about the 90s 2-pack. Guess I'll make that determination when and if I see the pack on the shelves.

And what the fuck are the New Mutans doing in X-Factor costumes?! Isn't the old school X-Men uniform their most iconic look?!!

Shang f#*kin Chi!   rock.gif  I'd love a soft goods jacket to go with him, but I can get by with the WWE Pirate dude one for now. I'm sure one of the epay legends custom cloth guys will make a semi-proper one when he's released.

Classic Lizard & Doom are wins. Dig the Punisher in battle gear, will make for a good start for a Joe type LBC. Also like the War Machine/Iron Patriot repaint, but could care less about the rest of the MCU stuff.

Shang-Chi obviously for me.

But Guido is a huge win. I've been really disappointed with the BAFs for a while now. Nobody asked for Sasquatch or Man-Thing.

Instead of Wolfsbane, they should have given us a Magma and then a proper Wolfsbane down the track, but it's something at least. Hasblo are getting smart with this whole "Release a figure and make people buy multiples" thing.

Squirrel Girl is awesome. My daughter was very chuffed when I showed her.

While I think Cosmic Ghost Rider is a stupid idea (yes I read the comics and my opinion hasn't changed) it's a universe builder so I'm pleased about any new character.

The fanboy rage that Morph is the Exiles version and not the animated series version makes me sleep well at night.

Love that that 90s X-Factor is getting plenty of representation.  Never thought I'd see Guido as a figure, and speaking of never thought I'd see . . . Shang-Chi!!!  Lots of good looking figures shown, but nothing like 80th Hulk in hand.  Damn, this IS the perfect savage Hulk figure.

Yeah, I got my Hulk on Saturday. He's awesome. I haven't put him down since. Pretty perfect as far as Hulks go.

Got Thor today. Fresh out of a box that a Target employee was nice enough to open for me.

He's pretty fantastic. I think pretty much everything you could want in a classic Thor. His cape makes him a little back heavy, but not awful and he can still hold some nice poses. He was by far my most anticipated ML of the year. Very glad to have a decent Thor for the shelf.

That's excellent!

I'll be swapping out that Mjolnir for one with a longer handle though.

White Rabbit was a common want over on the Fwoosh (which seem to be Hasbro's main place for research).  And she is toyetic as all get out.  I'm happy with the selection.  Superior Octopus makes a lot of sense as well.

She was a fan choice winner for a poll that Hasbro held last year.

Interesting.  One of these days I'm probably going to sign up at the Fwoosh to get my votes in, but Hasbro has been doing so well lately I haven't really felt the need to Rock the Vote.
