Took advantage of TRU's "Buy one get one 50% off" sale on WWE singles.  Grabbed Elite Best of PPV Daniel Bryan and John Cena.  Still need the parts that come with BoPPV Bret Hart to complete Michael Cole.

Won an auction a couple weeks ago for the DCUC Anti-Monitor for $30, plus another $10 for shipping.  Much better than paying $90+ for a bunch of figures I didn't want.  Had to wait a while longer to complete him, as the figure arrived late last week with the left fist broken at the wrist peg.  The seller mailed out a replacement left arm and it arrived today.  Not my preferred version of the character, but we're not gonna get another one.  Undecided

I might have to do that with a few things myself. Thanks for the pics Raj. I picked up the SC Scarecrow and called it good on that wave.

Picked up Cody here in town, then drove to Baton Rouge.  Only saw a few Big Boss Man figures and an Undertaker from Elite 14 at the BR TRU.  Nothing new at the Targets out there.  Spotted an Akeem at a Walmart for $7.00 that I needed for a custom.  The boots are too big, but they add height and they're smaller than Dusty's and probably all we're gonna get from Matty for a long time.  Need to remove the tats and paint the trunks, boots, and right hand.

Actually bought a Young Justice figure today.  Mainly because of the diorama and weapons, but Sportsmaster turned out to be a good figure, even with his "toony" look.  The base is very adjustable, including swapping out the different apparatus.  The 4 seperate base pieces can be arranged several different ways, but only one includes a peg meant for the holes in the figure's feet.  The throwing stars are held into place on the target by rubber bands, but are removeable.  Besides the 2 stars, he has 2 daggers, a spear, nunchukas, boomerang, and a baseball bat.  Pretty much worth the $21 price tag at Target all by themselves.  The figure is alright, featuring the standard DCUC articulation.  Pretty toony head, especially the eyes.  Right knee is bent from his in-package action pose, but I'll straighten that out eventually.  The elbow pads are painted on, so I'll have to see if I've got a spare small pair of pads from my WWE figures.  Probably won't work with his forearm guard on his left arm, though.  The guards on his left arm are sculpted nicely, but may benefit from a bit of paint.  The same could be said of the mask.

Indeed,he's worth the effort mate.

Sportsmaster is cool,i can see why you wanted the accesories but the Figure is a definite bonus here.

Is that the only way to get Sportsmaster? Meaning is that the deluxe version with extra accessories and there's also a regular carded version without the extras?

I think it's the only 6" Sportsmaster they have made, or will make.  Pretty sure I saw a single-carded figure in the smaller scaled line.
