I was looking for GI Joes, but was surprised to see this guy on the shelf at Dollar General today. He's even Hasbro.

He was too rich for my blood, and I have to say I don't know how I feel about the design.

Looks as though it would be a good basis for a mod Stegron.

If he had been 3.75" I migjht have got him. But an odd 6 or 7 inch scale made him an odd choice, since I don't have any spideys that size.

They did these for Iron Man movie too, also ONLY at Dollar General. They are rotocast with 5 POA.

They are crap toys marketed to the..."underpriviledged" in poor smalltown areas. Well, if a stoplight, dollar store, local grocery store and a gas station with a low class pizza place IN it could be considered a town. Places where there are no big box stores and the parent has no transportation, and can walk or take a cab to get there. There are ALOT of these places in the Southeast US.

Not too jazzed about the look, but it'll probably look better in the movie.

Perfectly fine lizard-man, only it really doesn't look anything like the Spiderman villain. And the rotocasts are not really my thing...

As opposed to the highly accurate robo-goblin, bare chested Doc Ock and the undersized Venom?

Well, those were easily identifiable.

The new Lizard would look right at home in any SyFy channel movie of the week...
