First off - that's not Mr Toxic - it's Morrison's Red Hood from Batman & Robin as per the pic on the right:

Secondly - for CM Jr and Huntress I can tolerate a bone to MA Collectors.  Thumbs Up

Yeah, someone else pointed that out on AFT. Sorry about that, shit happens. Lets hope that the other person was correct that this "might" be part of the upcoming Batman line? Like you, I'm digging the other two, but not as forgiving if they waste another slot.

Red Hood or "Penis-Head" is confirmed as being in the 2013 sub.

Like I said, another wasted slot for me. That's 3 figures I could give two shits about so far. I'm digging The Huntress and Jr. figures, but c'mon Matty, really cuckoo.gif Matty is really going to need to up their game next year if they are going to continue with the sub's.

I think this is why we're all suspicious that the sub figures are just from canceled DCUC waves and Batman: Legacy lines.
There's a lot of Bat villains and the assorted rainbow lanterns certainly give the theory some weight.

I received my Poison Ivy and Elasti-Girl yesterday yesterday, but didn't open it until today. I know it looks like Ivy has a flesh tone foot(I double checked), but it is the green and not major issues with her. Unfortunately Elasti-Girl has some issues thanks to doing a porn shoot before getting delivered to my house. She's got some nice glue splotches on her face, boob and around her waist. So now I had to give DR a call and I'm scratching my head on what good they actually do since they have no real authority on what they can do. Apparently they want me to send her back before I receive the replacement figure. Now if it was anybody but them and Matty I might let it slide, but EG is already showing almost gone on the site and who knows when I'll hear from the expedite team via e-mail. This shouldn't be a big deal. "Yes sir, we'll send out your replacement figure. Along with a shipping label to send out the defective product.", BAM!! Done. I don't know, I'm definitely getting a "Shame on me" vibe lately when it comes to the sub.

Ahhh....jeez. That's pretty poor Don. I think this will be a test of the return system for more than just you. As an international it's worry that something like this will happen to me.

Then again, I'm still waiting on Black Mask.

I've heard that from the UK members too. They still haven't gotten theirs either. Here's my experience so far. Called and spoke to DR rep and was told that I needed to return item before they would issue a replacement. Ask to speak to supervisor, told them I didn't have a problem with returning once I received replacement. I told them this was especially important since they weren't guaranteeing that I'd actually getting the product. A little back and forth and they forwarded information to escalation dept. Before I hung up I did ask what was the point of having a customer service number if they can't actually help me directly. I received a e-mail from the ED and they are preparing my figure for shipping and in a separate e-mail a return label to return the defective figure. Honestly, I didn't expect to hear from anyone and it is basically a automated one. Once I receive the item I will return the defective one. Wish me luck that this one doesn't have an issue.

...at least you don't have to pay for return shipping either.

I hear you on the shipping and agree. I think if they had ask me to send it on my dime I might have gone sideways. What do you guys do when this type of thing happens? It has to suck. Wish me luck. My replacement figure went out today.
