As do I. Still the best Mace Windu in 3.75" scale.
One thing that kind of upset me was during the vintage era, a sneak preview figure eventually made it into the main line. With Episode 1, that didn't happen. At least with Mace. Sure, we got an E1 Mace in the first assortments, but it was a different sculpt, and nowhere near as good.

I kept all the cards from my Star Wars figures as I used them to track which figures I had and what I still needed, etc. When the Survival pack came up I went nuts, I had so mnay prrofs-of0purchase I ended up getting 5 of them. Sure I didn't need 5 Yoda back packs, but it meant that every figure on the Falcon who needed a gas mask could have one and those grappling hook belts were a hoot. Still have them all to this day.

One thing about Star Wars that always got me was how nobody had a space suit. It's plausible that Vader and troopers could survive, I suppose, but if a pebble hit the X-Wing canopy, they were hosed.

Good point. I always wondered if the Battlestar Galactica ones had some kind of visor that would come down if they needed it?

There is a point in Empire where a pilot is seen being hurled from his TIE fighter. He doesn't explode, so I'm assuming the Empire valued human life a bit more than the Alliance.
But then, how are you gonna find a helmet big enough to fit over the meat folds of the face of that Alien who looks like Raul Julia, that Lando chose to be his Chewbacca during the Death Star run?

Heh, I knew his name, just wanted to subtly bring it back around to mailaways.
I have one, but he's pretty beat. Do you still have the boxes and inserts?

Cripes no! I didn't save anything but the backer cards for the figures. I did get a small fishing tackle box when I was a kid and kept all their weapons in it which I still have. I still remember the NN showing up in the mail. The mail was officially the coolest thing ever. You sat around and a guy brought you toys. Hooray!

I remember reading somewhere before it came out that the Spirit Obi-Wan was going to be offered via Pepsi through Pizza Hut and actually calling every Pizza Hut around me trying to find one. I confused the hell out of a lot of people.

Might have just been some confusion along the way. Since the Internet was fairly new then, we still relied a lot on word of mouth.
Since Frito Lay and Pepsi owned Pizza Hut at the time, and since Lay's was marketing a pizza flavored chip along with this promo, maybe some information got jumbled, resulting in your confusing calls to the local pizza places.
Pizza Hut always seemed magical to me. I loved the dim lighting, and my local one still had a functional cocktail table cabinet combo featuring Galaga and Ms. Pac-Man. It was there all throughout college. I haven't been to a Pizza Hut in over a decade, so I dunno if it's still there.

Pizza Hut was amazing as a kid. Now, not so much. But I remember getting a free personal pan pizza after reading books as part of the Book-It program back in elementary school. Good times. And no idea how I forgot about the Mace Windu, but agreed that it's my favorite version of the character to date. At the time I thought it had the best headsculpt of any human Star Wars character.

best mail away I got hands down was the joe Colton figure(s).i had accombulated so many flag points at the tail end of GI joe I was able to get about six figures all with different hair colors, red, brown and blonde,I gave an extra each to my brother, best friend and cousin.i also liked the steppanwulf mail away and the floppy record it came with.emperorvwas another favorite,as I wrote Kenner a fan letter right after seeing ROTJ asking about a emperor figure they wrote me back saying it was a great idea,(making my 11 year old self feel like I came up with it)that he would be available soon.
