Saw both Justice League lines today.  Can't say I'm impressed with either.   Multiverse in particular.

Armored Batman with the Steppenwolf part is a cheap way to get folks to buy the regular Batman which is a store exclusive I think.

Superman looks like Superman from the Batman v Superman waves.

Wonder Woman is the exact same figure as the Toys R Us exclusive.  She has another sword which is the only difference.

I don't like Aquaman in that armor.  I just don't.  It looks off.

Cyborg is just OK.  Nothing special.  Looks like some kind of video game figure.

Flash is just gawdawful.  Horrendous.  The simplest, most basic, most elegant superhero costume design in two generations looks like absolute shit.

Then I saw the Thor movie wave.  They looked OK.  But the three comic figures were all gone already.

Hmmm....it sounds like a bit of budget cutting.  Companies used to at the very least, give 'same ol' figures different paint apps or maybe a different headsculpt to make them different.

Then I saw the Thor movie wave.  They looked OK.  But the three comic figures were all gone already.

That last sentence screams volumes.

Dunno.  But I saw Super Friends Batman and Green Lantern today.  Not impressed.  Green Lantern is just another Hal Jordan rerelease.  How many is that now?  Six?  Seven?

Batman is a sort of midnight blue.  The fabric cape looks like dogshit on fire.

Also saw Ares.  He's rather impressive.

If I wasn't so lazy, I'd do a count of all the 6" (approx) scale action figures that have been made of DC characters in the last five years and see how they measure up as comic, TV/Movie or video game properties.
