I've actually got a Fodder question for this topic.Whouddathunk???hehe

I need a Male base figure, muscular as possible and if it can be done shirtless.12" Is too tall, probably about 8-9" would be perfect. So,taller than the Ross Justice scale but not as bis as Icons or those Maximum Aggression figures. Not too concerned about articulation as long as he can stand upright and look mean.

Any suggestions?

Any suggestions?

Couple ofthings come to mind:
1) Wrestling figures. They're a good size and don't tend to have too much extra stuff.
2) Marvel Legends Hulk series - Most of the figures are huge
3) Masters of The Universe? - Haven't really seen them up close but they are pretty muscular.

Do you want someone who is relatively proportioned like Colossus or over the top like the Hulk?

Hey thanks FMS,got a heap of Wrestling figs here that i've been given and although the proportions are really good for what i need they're too small.Really need at least 8" tall but at the very most 10" tall.

Hulk figs are pretty good but they tend to have stumpy out-of-proportion legs.I got a Smart Hulk here that i considered using but the whole hassle of extending the legs by more than an inch just seems painful.Plus they're just a little bit too "roided up" for what i need.
So relatively proportioned is definitely what i need,it's just the scale problem that's tricky.

A tough one to rangle; but how about that new Atom-Smasher?

Or one of those old 10" Marvel figures.

Hmmm....what about the Marvel Select "Thanos"? He may be a little too bulky but he's about the right height.

What are you trying to make? That might help (unless you want it to be a surprise).

The Atom Smasher could be do-able,however a bit hard to find.I'm not collecting DCUC so it would be a rather expensive Fodder piece to locate.

I'm not familiar with the old 10" Marvel figs, any ideas where i can get a look at them?

No, not really a surprise,i'll get a pic for you all.

Ok,here he is.You can see why shirtless would be better. He's about 7 1/2 feet tall hence why i need the larger scale fig.

I've been agonising over this one for a while now.Any help really appreciated.

Now that is sweet! One of the most visually impressive characters from Kingdom Come.

The 10" Marvel Figures I think were the "Famous Covers" ones. Kinda like Mego.

Hmmm.....I'm really stuck? Are MOTUniverse too small?

I think a bigger wrestling figure might be the go.
