Well the supporting characters were always the real stars.  I watched 4 episodes of the new one.  I might give it another shot.

What are y'alls opinions on the will and grace reboot.   The original was one of my all time favorites, but the new one is just so political that the magic and chemistry just doesn't feel like it's there anymore.

I always liked Thundercats,  Silver Hawks, and Tigersharks better than MOTU.

I only saw the first episode,  but it seemed like a pretty diverse cast.  There seemed to be a interracial granddaughter and a gender fluid grandson.  Not really what you'd expect from how she came off in that tweet.  I watched the original show when it came  out and if memory serves there was lots of gay characters and people of other races.  In the end though she did a despicable thing and everyone connected will suffer.

By the way should Samantha Bee get a pass.  She apologized, but hey so did Rosanne.  I mean if we're gonna kick one off the air, seems like she should go too.  Also why does the lady on MSNBC get a pass for all the homophobic things she's said. I mean if we're gonna make it a standard be consistent.   


By the way I'm playing devil's advocate.   I think most of this outrage is just played up by the media for political purposes.

What she did was just beyond stupid.   Now hundreds of people that were working on the show lose their jobs and some of the actors that haven't appeared since the old show ended, will probably never work in the business again. (Guy who played DJ).  It just amazes me how some of these Hollywood people can't handle social media.

to be fair I heard it was cancelled same reason as Young Justice.  the toys weren't selling

I'm gonna fucking rip the cards and smash the bubbles on every one I see.  Childish yes, but I'll feel better.

And the funny thing is they'll complete the team in this shitty style.   Bet you anything.

Lazy animation like Adventure Time and Teen Titans Go.  I'm sure they'll be some audience,  but damn it's just hideous.

So kids these days don't deserve good animation?

Got a feeling this means Cyborg movie isn't gonna happen anytime soon.

They just announced a live action Swamp Thing series for the new streaming network.   So far that makes Titans,  Metropolis,  and Swamp Thing for live action and Young Justice and Harley Quinn on the animated side.  This is becoming pretty ambitious.
