But I think it may be inevitable that it isn't.

Most of us have the toys we grew up with, so discussing them isn't as likely as the next hot new thing.

But I do wish we had regular discussions about 'em...

Stars was the man for this and he has an amazing vintage collection, unfortunately he's been unwell recently.

I did recently discover two battery operated cars I had when I was a kid. Some of the earliest toys I remember getting.

I just bought a lot of Secret Wars toys from Derek. Might start a SP/SW discussion thread.

BLIS, do you have the SECRET WARS FALCON?  I never even knew that existed until I was an adult well into my 20s!

For only having 5 POAs, I always thought the SECRET WARS figures were really cool looking.  I liked how they followed the HE-MAN 'action stance' pose rather than the STAR WARS 'straight arm/straight leg' pose.  Not a lot of articulation, but they looked ready for action!

SUPER POWERS were cool too, because the arms were slightly bent, and they had knee articulation.  Two things I despise in figures are 'V' crotches, and unarticulated knees.  Ugh!!
